Today, our range includes hemp, cotton and polyester products, intended for the textile industry, the food industry, candle production and other fields that require reliable and consistent materials.

Every order is treated with the same responsibility, regardless of its size or destination. We monitor the entire manufacturing process, from selecting raw materials to checking the finished product, in order to deliver products adapted to each client's requirements.
The experience gained over the years allows us to develop solutions for diverse applications, while maintaining the same attention to quality and detail.
Our process
From raw material to finished product.
A quality product is the result of a well-organised process. Each stage contributes to obtaining a consistent product, adapted to the final application and to the client's requirements.
Selecting raw materials
Every order begins with selecting the right material. Depending on the application we use hemp, cotton or polyester, and every batch is checked before entering the manufacturing process.
Preparing the materials
Materials are prepared according to the characteristics of the product to be made. The process is adapted to each fibre in order to achieve uniformity, strength and stability.
Making the products
At this stage the final characteristics of the product are established: thickness, structure, strength and the way it is presented.
Weaving and processing
Depending on the product's intended use, the yarns are turned into fabrics, ropes, textile tapes or other finished products. Every stage is monitored so that the final product meets the requirements agreed with the client.
Checking the finished product
Before delivery, every order is checked to confirm that it meets the technical specifications and the agreed requirements.

Operations coordinated from our facility in Gilău.
Our operations are coordinated from the production facility in Gilău, where we monitor the essential stages of the manufacturing process and check every order before delivery.
For certain specialised operations we collaborate with partners in the Romanian textile industry, but responsibility for the final inspection of the products always belongs to the Cavvas team.
The materials

Hemp
Hemp is the foundation of our work and the material with which we built our experience as a manufacturer.

The products are used in the textile industry, decorations, artisan products and other professional applications.
Cotton
The cotton range includes products intended for the food industry, the production of candle wicks, folk costumes and other textile and technical applications.

Polyester
Polyester completes our product range and is used in applications that require high strength and stability.
It can be used on its own or in combination with cotton, depending on the requirements of each project.
